The ideal candidate will have a solid background in HR practices specifically talent acquisition, excellent communication skills, and a passion for fostering a positive work environment.Job Specification:Onsite: Black Desert ResortShift & Schedule Availability: Year Round / Full TimeThe budgeted range starts at $55,000 - $65,000. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.Job Responsibilities but not limited:
  • Facilitate the recruitment process, from job postings and screening candidates to conducting interviews.
  • Coordination of offer letters and relocation packages
  • Facilitate new hire communications, onboarding, and coordinate training initiatives.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist with performance management processes, including performance reviews and employee development plans.
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
  • Maintain employee records and documentation in accordance with legal requirements and company policies.
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR role.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
Compensation RangeThe compensation for this position is $55,000.00/Yr. - $65,000.00/Yr. based on qualifications and experience.
