- Facilitate the recruitment process, from job postings and screening candidates to conducting interviews.
- Coordination of offer letters and relocation packages
- Facilitate new hire communications, onboarding, and coordinate training initiatives.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Assist with performance management processes, including performance reviews and employee development plans.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
- Maintain employee records and documentation in accordance with legal requirements and company policies.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR role.
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
