2nd Shift Tool Technician needs 2 years experience in CNC/machining background a plus Blueprint reading a plus Drill Press Sawing.2nd Shift Tool Technician requires:o Blueprint reading a plus.o Drill Press.o Sawingo ISO9001/IATF16949/ISO14001 Awareness2nd Shift Tool Technician duties:o Operate Makino Milling Machines and other tool room equipment as trained, (i.e. Wheelabrator, manual mill and grinders) Tooling preparations i.e. breakdown, cleaning and building of tooling to be machined.o Measure step heights on punches and log data into the tool room step list.o Maintain punch cut records, compacting tool sign-out sheets and dispense to oven sheets.o Receive tooling in from vendors; perform inspection of product related tooling as needed.o Basic operation of computer used to transfer programs to the Makino mills.o Safety, work in a safe manner.o Assist with tooling inventory as needed.o Assure production readiness of Tool and Die.
