The project will include:
  • Providing best-in-class analysis and decision support to the Finance organization
  • Learning how to articulate decisions clearly and gain buy-in from stakeholders across the business
  • Gathering and analyzing information from a wide array of sources; identifying trends and articulating how those trends impact our business
  • Obtaining a comprehensive understanding of the business and its needs
  • Honing analytical acumen, communication skills, and the ability to tailor complex messages to the appropriate audience
Minimum QualificationsCurrently enrolled in a full-time bachelor’s degree program * Bachelor’s degree candidates with an expected graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027Preferred QualificationsAbility to analyze and manipulate large amounts of data, spot trends, generate meaningful insights and develop recommendations to drive growthStrategic thought leadership and creativity in synthesizing data into an easy-to-understand story and articulate key messages across multiple audiencesA strong work-ethic, positive attitude, and highly motivated self-starter with robust interpersonal skills, adapting to change and showcasing the ability to build trust-based relationships within the Finance team and with business partners across locations / geographiesActing and leading with courage, making decisions quickly, initiating and driving change management processesProgramming skills a plusSalary Range: $24.05 to $63.00 hourly + sign-on bonusThe above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
