
Associate Digital Product Manager - Arena

- Facilitate digital events on Arena by completing various tasks including live event production, customer support, and processing results to ensure players have a rewarding experience competing in exciting online events.
- Create and update player facing support documentation, terms & conditions, and web articles detailing our digital play events.
- Assist in producing recurring events such as the Arena Championship series. Track and prepare participants. Support the broadcast team as needed, including occasional weekends.
- Directly interact with players by answering questions, facilitating events, and gathering additional player details over Discord and email.
- Advise scheduling and planning for the premier play seasons. Gather and curate constructive feedback from players on event organization.
- Coordinate with Arena’s Marketing team to assist with promotional campaigns.
- Build digital files and setup data according to specification documents that govern event rules in Arena. Ensure players receive event rewards appropriately and on time.
- Apply your passion for collectible card games, and understand the community to advocate for the player base while balancing technical constraints.
- 0-4 Years of relevant work experience or equivalent through education.
- Solid understanding of project planning, documentation, and event facilitation.
- Experience communicating and engaging with video game audiences. The ability to adjust the messaging style most effective and appropriate for the audience segment and communication platform.
- Ability to learn new technical skills working with digital development tools.
- Ability and desire to work in a diverse team.
- Ability to elegantly incorporate data into day-to-day decisions.
- Familiarity with Magic: The Gathering deckbuilding, or experience as a judge or score-keeper.
- Experience with direct-to-consumer logistics and ecommerce.
- Experience defining product and feature requirements as well as the corresponding performance indicators.
- Experience with SQL (Snowflake), Unity, Excel, Git/ Perforce, Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence, Trello, etc.), Braze.
- Experience in an agile or live software development team.
- An understanding of game economies.
- Professional game design experience.

- Pay Range End: $108,400
