The ideal candidate is someone who is personable and eager to learn and grow in the construction litigation space.About the role and firm-Spacious separate office for attorneyIn-office firm with occasional remote work1800 annual billable hours requirementDiscretionary merit bonus at end of year15-20% for business origination (for receivables collected)401-k plan with a 3% matchPaid parking, MCLE, bar duesIdeal candidate:3-6 years’ experience in civil litigation, but will gladly entertain candidates with more experienceLitigation experience; bonus would be depositions/court appearances/trial-arbitration experienceAbility and enjoyment working in officeCompensation will depend on a combination of education and experience.
