Then keep reading - you’ve come to the right place.Role DescriptionWe’re looking for a Senior / Staff Manufacturing Engineer who is looking to amplify their impact and help build a new manufacturing organization. This person will be responsible for engineering all functional aspects of our revolutionary battery cell assembly manufacturing ecosystem. If you've ever aspired to implement a new vision for manufacturing and industry, reshape the approach to engineering, and deploy cutting-edge manufacturing environments, then this is the ideal opportunity for you.This role will be located at in Weirton, WV, which is just a short drive outside of Pittsburgh, PAWhat You'll Do:Take Full ownership of the entire Manufacturing Process Lifecycle from inception through to operationalizationCollaborate closely with stakeholders to deliver manufacturing programs that meet quality and industrial performance.Demonstrate advanced skills in program management, including scope and management, schedule management, budget oversight, and milestone reportingApply extensive experience and expertise in problem solving methodologies to address commissioning & bring product to productionLead the implementation of corrective actions for continuous improvementEffectively manage and lead cross functional teams, fostering collaboration and synergyBring wealth of experience in successful managing programs associated with high volume manufacturingDevelop and implement strategies to optimize efficiency and output in a high volume production environmentWhat You'll Bring:5+ years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environmentProven Expertise in industrial/manufacturing program management, including scope, schedule, budget, and reportingDemonstrated ability to apply advanced problem solving methodologies, to overcome complex changesSubstantial experience in successfully managing programs related to high volume manufacturingIn depth knowledge of industrial performance metrics, KPIs, and strategies for improvementStrong commitment to ensuring and enhancing product quality throughout the manufacturing processProven ability to lead and manage cross functional teams effectivelyTrack record of delivering end to to end manufacturing processes with a focus on quality and performance#LI-TR1 #LI-OnsiteHumanity is a cornerstone of Form Energy’s culture, and we make sure our compensation and benefits reflect that.
