Must also meet requirements of 60 hours of study completed at a college/university; or Associate's (or higher) degree; or pass a competency test (Michigan Test for Teacher - Basic Skills Test or ETS ParaPro Test - Math, Reading and Writing tests).
Demonstrated ability to work positively with students.
Self directed with good organizational and communication skills.
Must have ability to follow through with prescribed behavioral management programs.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in both a team and individual tutoring situation.
