- Manage Call Volume: Answer a high volume of inbound calls and make outbound calls to follow up on leads
- Service Appointment Scheduling: Provide information on service availability, loaner vehicles and communicate updates to clients
- Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of all client interactions
- Adhere to Perfect Process’: Follow industry leading scripts and dealership best practices
- Customer Service: Provide excellent service in a professional and courteous manner
- Positive attitude and high energy
- Basic computer knowledge and Internet proficiency, including typing at a minimum of 35-40 words per minute
