
Sales and Engineering Manager

- Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Plastics Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- 7+ years of experience in plastic injection molding with at least 3 years in a leadership role combining sales and engineering.
- Proven track record of growing customer accounts and successfully launching new products.
- Strong understanding of mold design, materials, tooling, and processing parameters.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key customers, ensuring consistent communication and high satisfaction.
- Translate customer needs into manufacturable solutions and align internal capabilities with external demands.
- Conduct on-site customer visits, project reviews, and technical discussions to maintain strong partnerships.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in target markets (automotive, medical, consumer goods, etc.).
- Identify new business opportunities and manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Provide technical guidance during quoting, DFM (Design for Manufacturability), and mold flow analysis processes.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet or exceed quality standards.
