We offer accessible lifelong learning to healthcare professionals transforming their communities.The Clinical Procurement Specialist will play a key role in advancing EIM’s mission by partnering with University Partner (UP) stakeholders and their teams. This individual will work closely with UP programs, providing vital support across various clinical initiatives. Collaborating with the UP’s clinical education team, clinical organizations, and internal EIM departments, the Clinical Procurement Specialist will oversee the procurement of clinical sites, Letters of Intent, Support/Site Profiles, and the management of clinical education contracts.Benefits:

ResponsibilitiesThis role is open to in person or remote.Duties and Responsibilities of a procurement specialist: Include but are not limited to the following
  • The primary responsibility is to expand the network of clinical sites, ensuring that clinical quota targets, as set by the accreditation standards of your programs, are met and/or exceeded. This involves the diligent collection of affiliation agreements and site profiles.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with key clinical site and UP personnel using effective email and phone communication.
  • Working closely with EIM Clinical Education leadership and University Partners, create and execute site recruitment campaigns on a regular basis.
  • Conduct, participate and present in monthly meetings with University Partner Customer programs to deliver results and reporting insights.
  • Own, deliver and maintain reporting for internal and external stakeholders. Ensure accurate records within SalesForce and Exxat for all clinical sites and contacts
  • Work with Director of Clinical Operations and UP Director of Clinical Education to execute a strategy to meet contract targets for ongoing development of education partnerships

QualificationsEducation:
  • College Degree or 3-5 yrs of relevant experience
Requirements
  • Proven experience in Business to Business sales.
  • Strong inside sales skills and a passion for sales.
  • Ability to lead by influence and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience navigating and influencing decision-making in clinical settings such as rehab, private clinics, and hospitals.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce.
