- The primary responsibility is to expand the network of clinical sites, ensuring that clinical quota targets, as set by the accreditation standards of your programs, are met and/or exceeded. This involves the diligent collection of affiliation agreements and site profiles.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with key clinical site and UP personnel using effective email and phone communication.
- Working closely with EIM Clinical Education leadership and University Partners, create and execute site recruitment campaigns on a regular basis.
- Conduct, participate and present in monthly meetings with University Partner Customer programs to deliver results and reporting insights.
- Own, deliver and maintain reporting for internal and external stakeholders. Ensure accurate records within SalesForce and Exxat for all clinical sites and contacts
- Work with Director of Clinical Operations and UP Director of Clinical Education to execute a strategy to meet contract targets for ongoing development of education partnerships
QualificationsEducation:
- College Degree or 3-5 yrs of relevant experience
- Proven experience in Business to Business sales.
- Strong inside sales skills and a passion for sales.
- Ability to lead by influence and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience navigating and influencing decision-making in clinical settings such as rehab, private clinics, and hospitals.
- Familiarity with Salesforce.
