Immediate need for a talented Real estate operations analyst. This is a 23+months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Charlotte, NC /New York , NY (Hybrid).   • Support property and asset management operations among all sectors within Nuveen Real Estate Americas.
  • Collaborate within the team to on and offboard investments.
  • Work with the team to create an organized document repository system.
  • Assist with updates to NRE policies and procedures.
  • Monitor requirements for key risk areas are completed fully and on time.
  • Assist with contact management and communication protocols with third party property management firms.
  • Collaborate cross functionally with Asset Management, Accounting, Legal and various shared service groups within Nuveen.
  • Identifies increased efficiencies and organization within real estate processes.
  • Liaison between marketing and NRE to ensure communication strategy is effectively executed.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
  • Key Skills: property and asset management ,Real Estate ,Investment .
  • University (Degree) Preferred.
  • Physical Requirements: Sedentary Work.
