- Facilitate classroom training on topics such as Leadership, Team Building, Effective
- Prepare facilitation/delivery, materials, and classroom setup prior to class start.
- Ensure proper documentation on all class paperwork and handle it securely.
- Create a positive and welcoming learning environment.
- Establish interaction with and amongst participants.
- Use a facilitative training method to engage participants and limit lecture of content.
- Follow prescribed training curriculum.
- Reinforce learning by making connections to training objectives and workplace application.
- Evaluate participants on the demonstration of key skills.
- Provide constructive feedback to participants in a professional and respectful manner.
- Respectfully manage basic difficult behaviors in the classroom.
- Strive to continuously improve classroom facilitation skills based on current best practices.
- Previous experience facilitating soft skills training in a classroom environment, preferably in industry.
- Candidates should be able to work independently, be self-directing, have good verbal and written skills, and be available for flexible training hours.
- Familiarity with manufacturing production environments and curriculum development is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of adult learning theory.
- Knowledge of leadership and process improvement principles.
- Highly competent facilitation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Computer skills in the major office applications, e.g. Word, Excel, PPT.
