Clinic Supervisor - Neurology Associates

• Responsible for the efficient daily operation of assigned clinic(s). Directly oversees all clinic staff.
• Implements and upholds policies and procedures as instructed by NRHS and PON management.
• Achieves optimum patient, staff and physician satisfaction
• Demonstrates Team Building Skills.
• Demonstrates Conflict Management Skills.

• High School Graduate or GED.
• Requires knowledge of medical billing, insurance, medical terminology, medical coding, and clinical diagnoses by experience or formal education.
• Advanced Education Preferred.

• Minimum of one year of similar experience in a physician practice/medical office required.
• Supervisory experience in medical office highly preferred.

• $18.80-$30.71/hr depending on previous work experience.
