We are seeking a Director, Enterprise Strategic Programs, to lead the next phase of rolling out our Objectives and Key Results (OKR) framework enterprise-wide. This is a unique opportunity to shape a high-impact COO function from the ground up, enabling strategic clarity, focus, and measurable performance across ServiceNow.In this role, you will lead a team of change management professionals and analysts to drive global adoption of our OKR framework, enabling teams to operate with alignment, focus, and measurable outcomes. The ideal candidate brings proven experience implementing enterprise-wide OKR or performance management systems and is passionate about creating an OKR culture that leverages bold thinking to challenge the status quo and drive business results.This position reports to the SVP Global Solutions and Digital GTMWhat you get to do in this role:
- Lead the enterprise OKR program: Own the end-to-end OKR lifecycle, from annual planning to quarterly grading, governance, and ongoing iteration as we expand from pilot to enterprise-wide adoption.
- Drive strategy-to-execution alignment: Partner with senior leaders to translate corporate priorities into clear, measurable outcomes that cascade across the enterprise.
- Manage and develop a high-performing team: Lead change management professionals and analysts responsible for enablement, adoption, and data-driven insights
- Uplevel success metrics: Coach OKR owners and team leads to define high-quality, outcome-driven key results that enhance alignment, accountability, and execution.
- Foster a high-performance culture: Promote bold thinking, transparency, and learning by embedding OKR best practices and celebrating progress and impact across the organization.
- Facilitate cross-functional alignment: Help OKR leaders proactively identify interdependencies across teams, resolve conflicts, and manage shared priorities to maintain momentum and drive outcomes.
- Deliver executive-level insights: Provide ongoing visibility to the COO and executive team through data-driven reporting and recommendations on OKR progress and impact.
- Scale adoption and enablement: Oversee change management professionals responsible for building and delivering scalable playbooks, training, and communications that embed OKRs into how teams operate.
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
- 15 years of experience in strategic planning, program management, or business operations, preferably in a high-growth enterprise software/SaaS environment.
- Proven track record leading enterprise-wide programs (OKR or performance management programs), with experience leading organizational change efforts and driving adoption, alignment, and measurable outcomes across global teams.
- Strong executive presence and ability to effectively engage and influence senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience managing and developing teams, including change management professionals and analysts, to achieve high-impact results.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to translate high-level strategy into clear goals, actions, and outcomes.
- Highly collaborative mindset, able to drive consensus, manage ambiguity, and foster alignment across diverse perspectives.
- Resourceful, self-motivated and able to prioritize independently shifting workloads in a dynamic, high growth environment
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into workflows or decision-making is a plus (e.g., AI-powered tools, automation, insight generation).
