ResponsibilitiesPerform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership policies and proceduresTest-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipmentDiagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.Communicate directly with the body shop manager so that customers are well-informed of any additional services neededProvide an estimate of time needed for additional repairsExecuting repairs to manufacturer specificationsQualifications3+ years of body shop Technician experience requiredAmbitious, hardworking presence in a team environmentExcellent customer service skillsBasic computer skillsPositive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentalityEnjoy working in a dynamic environmentAbility to collaborate effectivelyAbility to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specificationsMinimum high school diploma or GED equivalent requiredValid driver's license and clean driving recordAbout Us: Headquartered in Birmingham, Alabama, Serra Automotive Group is one of the Top 150 automotive dealer groups in the nation.
