Outside Sales Representative - Furniture Sales

- Prospect and develop new business within the restaurant, hospitality, institutional, and contractor markets
- Conduct in-person visits with potential and existing clients to understand their furniture needs and present solutions
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
- Collaborate with the in-house design and operations teams to ensure successful project execution
- Stay current on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor activity
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Attend trade shows, networking events, and customer meetings as needed
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions in the CRM system
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience (commercial furniture or foodservice industry preferred)
- Proven ability to generate leads and close sales
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfortable presenting to decision-makers including restaurant owners, contractors, architects, and facility managers
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regularly for in-person meetings
- Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
- Familiarity with commercial furniture products (indoor/outdoor seating, tables, booths, etc.) is a plus
