You’ll collaborate with a diverse group of passionate professionals across technology, marketing, R&D, operations, and sales to deliver sustainable solutions that enhance modern life. Your work will directly impact product profitability, customer satisfaction, and market leadershipIn this role, you will:
- Develop and implement product line strategies aligned with Lubrizol’s corporate goals.
- Manage the full product lifecycle from ideation to commercialization.
- Forecast volume trends and make data-driven pricing and margin decisions.
- Lead cross-functional teams to launch new products and support existing ones.
- Collaborate with R&D to innovate and improve product offerings.
- Partner with marketing to define product positioning and messaging.
- Support sales with training and resources to drive product success.
- Monitor product performance and optimize portfolio profitability.
- Coordinate with operations and supply chain to ensure efficient delivery and asset utilization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical/ Mechanical Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the specialty chemicals industry; additives experience is a plus.
- Strong business acumen with a solid grasp of pricing, margins, and financial analysis.
- Proven leadership and collaboration skills across multifunctional teams.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Deep understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics.
- Technical knowledge of chemical products, applications, and manufacturing processes.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive strategic decisions.
- Domestic travel up to 25%
