Looking for an experienced Construction Superintendent to work on Light Industrial builds including warehouse, science & technology, distribution, and manufacturing facilities. This is a great opportunity to work on high-profile or complex projects
  • Primary site leader of all subordinate superintendents, subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Establish project plan, maintain weekly progress and pulse of project.
  • Oversee and coordinate all operations at the job site.
  • Supervise labor and subcontractors to ensure quality and timely service delivery.
  • Foster positive relationships with owners, design consultants, and project managers.
  • Collaborate with local inspectors and utility representatives for compliance assurance.
  • Strictly enforce Safety Program and manage the Quality Control Program.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed short-term schedules.
  • Manage accurate invoice payment process and financial management of the project costs.
  • Address and resolve daily operational issues in the field.
  • Prepare daily reports with all manpower and significant activities.

  • Ground up construction experience required
  • Light industrial or manufacturing construction experience preferred
  • 5+ years of experience working in the construction industry as a Superintendent
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Stable work record
  • Knowledge in Construction Management or related field required

  • Base Salary $110,000 - $140,000
  • 4 weeks PTO
