  • Maintain organized project documentation using consistent filing systems and naming conventions
  • Assist with drawing and specification control, ensuring current versions are properly tracked and distributed
  • Prepare, track, and distribute basic submittals according to project requirements
  • Organize and manage RFI documentation, ensuring clear questions and proper tracking of responses
  • Support material and equipment management through effective tracking and vendor communication
  • Assist with subcontractor management by documenting activities, workforce levels, and schedule progress
  • Document project meetings with comprehensive notes capturing decisions and action items
  • Support change order processes with thorough document control and distribution
  • Organize project closeout by systematically collecting and submitting required documentation
  • Perform and organize basic material quantity takeoffs
  • Provide field coordination support with clear and timely communication
  • Support project teams with coordination and tracking of off-site fabrication work scopes
  • Apply lessons learned from project experiences and constructively incorporate feedback
  • Participate in cross-departmental communications to support effective project delivery
  • Follow established safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment
  • Collect and organize project data accurately to support data-driven decision making

Work Environment:☒Office☐Non-OfficeQualifications:
  • Associate's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field of study (or equivalent experience)
  • Basic understanding of construction processes and terminology
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Willingness to learn and develop professional skills
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as needed
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Technical Skills
  • Understanding of basic construction terminology, documents, and project lifecycle
  • Ability to maintain organized filing systems with consistent naming conventions
  • Proficiency in tracking and managing submittals, RFIs, and change documentation
  • Basic material quantity takeoff and verification skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Bluebeam (basic), and Viewpoint (basic)
