Job Schedule:Approximately 1 month of training Mon - Friday 5AM - 1PM; then afternoon training 5PM - 1AM.This position is a PM Swing shift. The schedule will be as shown below after training is complete. MNP seeks to promote from within and offers training and development at all levels of the organization; 75% of all leadership positions are held by employees who were promoted from within.About the role: The Annealing Furnace Operator is responsible for operation of the Annealing Furnace, which is used to increase ductility and reduce the hardness of raw coiled steel. This key role must ensure safe operation of the equipment and temperature instruments. Operators are to ensure the steel reaches it's required temperature and cooled afterwards at the correct rate for the appropriate length of time.
