Salary: $90,000 - $95,000 per year, bonus 12.5-25% of base salary
Description: Our client is currently seeking a Senior Internal Audit Analyst to join the Internal Audit team in supporting both US and international entities. As a Senior Internal Audit Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in assessing the internal control environment across the organization, including compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404. Your responsibilities will include identifying potential cost savings and process efficiencies, as well as participating in business development activities. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic manufacturing environment and make a meaningful impact.
Core Responsibilities:Assess the internal control environment and provide recommendations for improvement.Lead audit engagements and collaborate effectively within a team setting.Identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiencies through business process reviews.Contribute to operational process improvement projects and due diligence reviews.Review controls over information technology, including data security and systems development.Assist in implementing automated audit techniques and integrated audit approaches.Participate in ad hoc audit projects as directed by management.Approximately 15% domestic and international travel required.Qualifications:Minimum of three (3) years of accounting or financial experience.Experience in Big 4 audit, public accounting, or Fortune 500 management accounting/financial analysis preferred.Strong communication skills with the ability to engage at all organizational levels.Detail-oriented with a commitment to integrity and teamwork.Proficiency in PC and information systems.Must be a US Citizen.Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required; CPA, CIA, CFE, or MBA credentials preferred.Education:Required: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.Preferred: Master's in Business Administration or better in Accounting or related field.Experience:Required: Minimum of three (3) years of accounting or financial experience.Preferred: Experience in Big 4 audit or other public accounting audit.Licenses & Certifications:Preferred: Certified Fraud Examiner, Certified Internal Auditor, Certified Public Accountant.Benefits:Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage401K plan with profit-sharingPaid holidaysGenerous paid time offTuition reimbursement programIf you are a high-energy, motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, please apply for further consideration.
