- Independently coordinate and conduct CP tests in support of new or revised product
- Communicate effectively with R&D, Production, Quality Assurance and other departments
- Resolve production and processing related issues and ensure accurate and successful
- Assist with creating, revising and maintaining the Bill of Materials, routings, flow charts and
applicable management systems.
- Ensuring departmental procedures, GMPs, quality and safety standards are met or
- Promote a positive, team-oriented environment.

- Assist with the development of new manufacturing processes, utilizing technical
- Develop and maintain industry expertise in support of new and existing processes
processes, refrigerating processes.
- Participate and conduct See, Think, Plan, Do (STPD) Analysis, investigate questionable
send out to customer or if we need to dispose of the product.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures as it relates to product introduction so
- Bachelor’s Degree (BA or BS) from a four-year college or university inFood Science or a relevant discipline is preferred.
- One to four years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.
- Able to communicate effectively cross functionally both at the Plant and Corporate level.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, financial reports and government regulations.
- Ability to work with mathematical concepts including but not limited to probability and
- Working knowledge of an Enterprise Resource Program (ERPs) and Product Vision.
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule
