  • Engage with product development project teams and specifically the product developer requester to understand learning gaps and design standard or customized studies to inform critical product development decisions.
  • Build understanding of absorbent test methods. Support test method development and validation work to develop new and improve existing methods
  • Support approaches and coordinate testing to build new tools (e.g. predictive models) to enable more efficient decisions
  • Partner with the Lead and Senior Scientist for the mannequin/absorbent area. Escalate needs.
  • Partner with Consumer Testing team to ensure absorbent testing is consumer relevant.
  • Lead lab technicians to execute studies in a safe and effective manner. Partner with lab technical coordinators to effectively manage lab operations.
  • Work within a broader team to develop methods to answer business unit absorbency needs

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in a Science or Engineering Field.1+ years of experience in product development, physical testing or consumer use testing role.Excellent written and verbal communication skillsDemonstrated ability to manage multiple, simultaneous projects in a team environment, delivering results in line with business expectations.Knowledge of statistical design of experiments and statistical analysis.
