
AP Manager + Retail + Lincoln

- Oversee and mentor a team of three AP professionals in a high-volume environment (6,000+ invoices/week).
- Personally manage AP for a portfolio of 10-12 stores.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and reconciliations.
- Maintain strong vendor and internal relationships-serving as the go-to for questions, issues, and resolutions.
- Support future implementation of automated invoice approval systems.
- Contribute to broader financial initiatives in collaboration with Accounting, IT, and other teams.
- Keep operations running smoothly with a balance of supervision, process adherence, and hands-on involvement.
- 8+ years of progressive AP experience, preferably in a fast-moving, multi-location environment.
- Proven ability to lead, train, and support a team-without micromanaging.
- Tech-savvy mindset with a willingness to learn unique industry-specific systems (experience with software implementations is a plus!).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail-nothing gets past you.
- Comfortable working 45-50 hours/week with flexibility in scheduling.
- Bonus if you've dabbled in payroll or are open to expanding into that area.
