About the Position:We are seeking a General Dentist to join our growing practice in Mason City, IA. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a supportive team environment and a strong patient base.
  • Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM
  • Team: Work alongside 2 experienced dentists, 5 dental assistants, and 2 hygienists (1 RDH)
  • Facility: 6 operatories
  • Patient Load: 12-14 patients per day (approximately 260 per month)
Services Provided:
  • Preventative Care: Exams, cleanings, sealants, oral health education, X-rays
  • General Procedures: Restorations, extractions, fillings, crowns, bridges, root canals
  • Specialty Services: Partials, dentures

  • Salary: $170,000 - $240,000 annually
  • CME: 5 days + $3,000 allowance
  • Sign-on or Relocation Bonus: $20,000
