- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or Architectural Engineering from and ABET accredited university or related field + 2 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
- US Citizenship required.
- Master of Science (with structural engineering concentration)
- Engineer in Training Certification
- Demonstrated experience applying all major structural design codes.
- Demonstrated experience using 3-D structural analysis software. (examples include ETABS, SAP, RISA, RAM, and SAFE)
- Experience designing in Steel, Concrete, Masonry, and Timber (CLT)
- Experience with Wind and Seismic lateral design
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills,
- Demonstrated experience in use of REVIT/AutoCAD to provide production support as a portion of team support and development
- Experience with performance-based design
- Experience with ASCE 41 for retrofit of existing structures
