Some of the responsibilities will include:
  • Listening carefully to customers and documenting details of their questions and concerns carefully
  • Providing transparency to customers with consistent updates throughout their repair process
  • Working as a team with your service admin and technicians
  • Building repeat business through consistent follow-up techniques with customers
  • Staging vehicles and shuttle customers as needed
We're Looking For:
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a high level of detail orientation and accuracy
  • Proven experience working within a team environment
  • Familiarity with using Microsoft Office
