
Field Coordinator

- Conduct daily visits to the homes of our clients, completing new client admissions and annual check-ins.
- Enter and submit documentation records of home visits into AMS.
- Answer incoming phone calls and redirect calls, as needed.
- Assist the Intake Team with any other administrative/clerical duties, as assigned.
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license
- Access to an insured and reliable vehicle or public transportation
- Active and current auto insurance
- Ability to travel within the service area of East Michigan
- Proficient computer skills
- Customer service experience and skills
- Weekly pay
