- Apply Niagara’s Fixed Asset policies and procedures related to capital assets and related topics when reviewing capital transactions
- Communicate effectively with Project Management and Corporate Finance teams to update project status and accounting execution of projects
- Maintain accounting (Workpapers) and documentation for projects assigned
- Timely record company acquisitions and dispositions in the accounting system
- Timely record updating the status of CIP projects/assets
- Assist with weekly and monthly fixed assets closing process in ERP system (Oracle)
- Assist in all aspects of the annual fixed asset inventory review
- Assist with Fixed Asset GAAP and Tax audits in data preparation and documentation of selections
- Assist with Oracle Fusion conversion projects
- Assist with other special projects as assigned

- Minimum Qualifications:
- 0 Years – Experience in Field or similar manufacturing environment
- 0 Years – Experience in Position
- 0 Years – Experience managing people/projects
- General Accounting Background
- Major ERP experience such as Oracle Fusion, SAP, JD Edwards Intuit
- Preferred Qualifications:
- 2 Years – Experience in Field or similar manufacturing environment
- 2 Years– Experience working in Position
- 0 Years – Experience managing people/projects
- Direct Fixed Assets experience
- Oracle Fusion experience: Project and Assets Modules

- Associate's Degree in Accounting or other related field
- Preferred:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or other related field
