The Digital Designer is responsible for design, layout, and production of assets across various platforms and digital formats to support creative content, marketing, and social media materials.Responsibilities:
- Responsible for translating and maintaining all brand identities across all digital and social platforms.
- Design and execute graphics for digital, video, events, print and on-air assets.
- Present ideas and concepts to the Creatives using appropriate presentation techniques.
- Keep current with industry visual design standards and trends and implement that knowledge in day-to-day design work.
- 2+ years of professional design experience in a related industry.
- Knowledgeable in internet usability, mobile, web, and responsive design.
- Strong project planning skills, including the ability to organize and prioritize job responsibilities to meet deadlines in an environment with overlapping and potentially conflicting priorities.
- Demonstrates and maintains consistent graphic standards to uphold brand integrity across the portfolio.
- Must have proven hands-on experience in all current creative development tools including (but not limited to) After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop knowledgeable about computer-based asset development, file management, and comprehend tradeoff issues involved with digital design.
- Strong design skills, including type layout, motion and timing.
- The ability to work cooperatively and constructively with many stakeholders, both inside and outside of the organization.
- Capable of developing motion graphics from concept through delivery for on-air promotion as well as digital media.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines.
- Must be available to work on site in Stamford, CT.

- Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the Stamford, CT office a minimum of three days per week.
