Join a supportive team where creativity, adaptability, and hustle are valued.Overview:Schedule: Monday to Friday 1st Shift - 7:00 AM to 3:30 PMWeekend 2nd Shift - Thursday & Friday - 4:00 PM to 12:30 AMSaturday & Sunday - 11:00 AM to 11:00 PMPay Range: $18 to $20 per hour, based on experience.We’re looking for an energetic, bilingual (English/Spanish) Warehouse E-Commerce Live Auction Host to lead our interactive live sales events from the warehouse floor across platforms like eBay, Whatnot, TikTok, and more. This role blends live show hosting, technical production, auction coordination, and warehouse product handling—all in a fast-paced and fun environment.If you’re confident in front of the camera, tech-savvy, fluent in both English and Spanish, and have a passion for connecting with people while driving sales—this is the role for you!Key Responsibilities: * • Host engaging livestream auction events directly from the warehouse floor, presenting products in an exciting and informative way.
  • • Interact with viewers in real time, answering questions, managing chat flow, and keeping the energy high and positive.
  • • Create, manage, and launch live auction listings across platforms (eBay, Whatnot, TikTok, etc.) with accurate product descriptions and pricing.
  • • Operate basic livestream gear (camera, lighting, microphones) to ensure consistent production quality.
  • • Troubleshoot technical issues quickly to prevent stream interruptions or loss of audience engagement.
  • • Coordinate with warehouse and inventory teams to gather, organize, and prep items before each show.
  • • Provide post-show feedback on technical performance, audience engagement, and opportunities for improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications: * • Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and spoken)
  • • Comfortable using technology, computers, and mobile devices
  • • Strong communication skills, camera confidence, and improvisation ability
  • • Familiarity with e-commerce and auction platforms (e.g., eBay, Whatnot, TikTok Live)
  • • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks on the fly
  • • Willingness to work on your feet, directly from the warehouse floor
Preferred Experience (a plus, not required): * • Prior work in a warehouse, e-commerce, or retail environment
  • • Experience with livestreaming, video production, or social media sales
  • • Interest in collectibles, fashion, electronics, or general merchandising
