
Operations Support Coordinator I

- Handling clerical tasks, such as sorting and routing mail
- Electronic and timely filing of documents for various departments
- Finalizing Customer Service files and addendums
- Creating document packets for various types of contract changes
- Assigning files and worklists to Titling Specialists
- Accurately processing payments received to the physical office location
- Performing various receptionist duties, such as greeting and assisting visitors, answering and routing calls and emails
- Organizing and maintaining insurance documents
- Assisting customers by providing copies of requested documents and tax information
- Must be a high school graduate or equivalent
- Must present oneself in a professional manner
- Must be proactive and adhere to all company policies including Bank Secrecy Act and compliance regulations
- Must maintain confidentiality of all company information
- Must provide exceptional customer service and support to our customers, partners and all levels of staff
- Must have working knowledge of Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Strong data entry skills
