Our Sales Coordinator's primary role is to perform general office duties to support the Sales & Marketing team:
  • Answers incoming calls.
  • Enter group rooming lists in OnQ.
  • Enter group information in Passkey.
  • Build groups in R&I.
  • Assist with distribution of BEO’s and Group Resumes.
  • Completes thank-you letters to clients.
  • Maintains group history in computer system.
  • Performs other office correspondence upon request.
  • Orders supplies for Sales and Catering Department.
  • Additional duties as assigned by the Sales team.
Qualifications
  • Experience with OnQ, Delphi FDC and R&I desired.
  • Previous hotel Sales Coordinator experience a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills. Detail oriented.
  • Computer skills including Word, Excel & Outlook.
  • An outgoing personality and the desire to help others.
