- Growing and retaining Flexport's biggest new fulfillment clients by driving their onboarding experience
- Nurturing client relationships by taking the time to deeply understand business needs, and ensure those needs are met internally
- Level setting with your client when certain desires are not reasonably possible
- Comfortable playing into a wide range of client services scope - most of the time you'll feel like an implementation specialist but there are times that you'll feel like an account manager, account executive or customer support representative, and this does not stress you out
- Leading the customer onboarding process by leveraging internal resources and teams, and holding all parties accountable
- 4-6 years' experience in a client service capacity within fulfillment, supply chain, operations, or related field
- Willingness to travel to our 5 fulfillment centers to collaborate internally and externally to best support our clients
- Enthusiasm for connecting with clients of all backgrounds, and a prideful stance on creating an outstanding experience for clients
- A fast learning ability, a strong work ethic, and a burning desire to grow and retain our client base
- Excellent planning, time management, communication, decision-making, presentation and organization skills
- An ability to thrive in ambiguity and a fast moving environment
- A love for problem solving
- A dedicated and empathetic attitude to the client journey and experience
- Fluency in English
