- Being a shift lead and overseeing priority build schedules on the 3rd shift.
- Support of semiconductor assembly and engineering development activities.
- Providing equipment/process support for semiconductor prototype assembly for processes such as Solder Printing, SMT, Reflow, Die Attach, Wire Bond, Molding, Laser Marking, and Dicing equipment. Other tasks may include part kitting/inventory and organization of lab materials, running DOEs, and data collection.
- Knowledge of how to perform equipment and process troubleshooting.
- Must participate in a daily shift change pass down, exchange of information and/or meetings. Must have the ability to use various hand tools, measuring tools, DVMs, ohm meters, vacuum pen and tweezers.
- Must know how to read and analyze schematics, wire bond diagrams, and drawings. Intermediate knowledge and ability in Microsoft Office - MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel for reporting tasks is manditory.
- Ability to communicate and interface with internal business unit customers/engineers as well as assembly enginering techinicans for assembly issues and corrective actions. Ability to lift 40 to 50lbs to chest/shoulder level.
- BS Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering and 5 years of experience in related a field
