Join our executive leadership team as Group Director of Business Development!JOB SUMMARY: As the Director of Business Development you will report directly to the CEO and assume 24/7 responsibility for the Community Relations Department. As Director you are responsible for:
  • the activities of and providing leadership and direction to the Community Relations Staff;
  • the development, implementation and evaluation of the Hospital’s marketing strategy;
  • interacting with all departments to coordinate participation in the Community Relations Program and maintaining knowledge of Hospital programs and operations;
  • networking with the community;
  • developing and maintaining Community Relations policies and procedures.

The specifications listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and ability to meet the minimum requirements for this position.Education: Master’s Degree in a clinical or related field strongly preferred. Bachelor’s degree required.Experience: Proven track record in business development/community relations with 5 - 10 years senior level leadership experience within a large organization, preferably including inpatient and outpatient behavioral health and substance abuse. Clinical or administrative experience in psychiatric/hospital setting preferred.Licensure/Certification: Clinical licensure (LCSW/LCPC/LSW/LCP) strongly preferred. Must have valid drivers license and proof of insurance.Knowledge: Extensive understanding of marketing concepts and data analytics, knowledge of behavioral health and treatments, as well as strong account development and management skills.
