- Develop and implement recruiting and staffing plans to ensure improved selection, diversity, and retention outcomes.
- Assist with the development and implementation of talent management strategy (i.e., onboarding, performance management, training/development, career pathing and succession planning).
- Facilitate and provide support for performance management and change management.
- Develop, recommend, and deploy Human Resources policies and procedures.
- Counsel and coach supervisors and managers regarding company policies, procedures, and all aspects of employment law
- Perform benefit administration and counseling.
- Administer salary and incentive plans.
- Build organization capability by providing training and support for employees and managers, including career and professional development.
- Develop and administer effective plans, which drive alignment with Our Bond, and target employee engagement, communication, and recognition.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 7 years of Human Resources Management experience
- Knowledge of application of employment laws
- Experience in leading recruiting and staffing efforts for professional and production positions
- Demonstrated understanding and application of compensation practices and experience in salary and incentive plan administration.
- Background administering employee health and welfare plans, and the ability to counsel employees relative to benefit issues.
- Practiced in the application of performance management and career/professional development strategies and processes.
- Experience planning, facilitating, and conducting training.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration with concentration in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field
- Human Resources experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience facilitating investigations.
- Working knowledge of HRIS systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
