Responsibilities
- Client Service - Performs a range of daily servicing and administrative tasks to address customer inquiries and concerns, including the opening and maintenance of customer accounts.
- Sales Support - Identifies sales opportunities by consulting with customers on their business and banking needs. Makes appropriate referrals to banking partners who can recommend Bank products and services as a solution. Assists with a variety of administrative duties such as preparing sales materials, scheduling appointments, and assisting with sales calls.
- Documentation - Conducts background check requests, clears documentation exceptions for new accounts, and secures any other documentation necessary to daily activities. Maintains account data and records within the department system.
- Relationship Development - Offers personalized banking services to build rapport with customers. Leverages customer engagement and a strong business network to develop long-term banking relationships.
