The Assistant General Manager acts as the heart and soul of our operation, leading our dedicated team and ensuring an unforgettable experience for every guest.Key Responsibilities:
  • Management of all aspects of the restaurant, dining room, and private dining spaces
  • Regular review and administration of our POS system
  • Engagement with our distinguished Chef team to discuss relevant service and kitchen issues
  • Supervision of floor management and coordination of floor logistics, including server sessions and customer requests
  • Maintenance of federal, state, and local regulations
  • Hiring, training, and leading an exceptional team, creating a positive and productive work environment

Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred
  • Food Handler's Card required
  • Prior experience in restaurant management, preferably in larger establishments
  • Familiarity with POS systems and accounting procedures
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
