As a critical member of the Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process and work closely with the Talent Acquisition Team, HRBP’s and Hiring Managers to ensure our staffing needs are met with highly qualified professionals. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a career in recruiting in the technology industry.Responsibilities:You will be the first point of contact for new candidates in the hiring process and play a critical role in identifying talent to join Trend.Scheduling interviews for the talent acquisition team and hiring managersHandling the Recruiting Process for Interns and Co-Ops Programs in our NABU locationsIdentifying, attracting, and evaluating both passive and active candidates through a variety of search methods to include, but not limited to social media, applicant tracking system, job boards, networking, etc.Establishing and nurturing relationships with prospectsPartnering with hiring managers to understand position requirements and support them in efforts to find the best candidates in the marketCreating an exceptional candidate experience by maintaining excellent communication and guiding candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruiting processPromoting Trend’s branding on social media and websites to attract talentUtilizing inclusive hiring practices throughout the recruitment lifecycleQualifications/Requirements:2+ years in dedicated Recruiting and/or Recruiting CoordinatorExperience in handling interns and co-op programs preferredExperience managing full cycle talent acquisition processHands-on experience on WORKDAY preferredStrong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer service focusStrong organizational and time management skillsPassionate about recruiting and engaging with candidates, hiring managers, and business leadersThis position does not offer sponsorship for work permit applications or renewals, either now or in the future.
