Trainees have a base rate of $18 per hour ($37,440 annually) starting during the training period.Step 2: Micro Tech Certified
After certification, Micro technicians move to an hourly base and commission structure equivalent to $20 to $22 per hour, which is $41,600 to $46,600 per year, not including bonuses, for 12 to 18 months.Step 3: TDP (Technician Development Program)
