They maintain a tight control over the project schedule, risks, scope of work and budget; ensures that operational teams and third-party vendors have a clear understanding of client requirements.About the RoleThe Senior Implementation Specialist is the primary technical resource for insurance carriers in the design, development, and integration of their automated system-to-system product ordering applications. This is a direct customer-facing role, charged with ensuring quality and timeliness of product implementations and customer satisfaction for an assigned set of clients and products.Applicants located within a commutable distance to our Alpharetta, GA office are expected to follow a hybrid schedule, with in-office attendance three (3) days per week (Wednesday and Thursday are required).Applicants located outside of the Alpharetta area or in other states will be considered for a home-based/remote work arrangement.ResponsibilitiesOwn the day-to-day interactions with multiple clients, ensuring that LexisNexis Risk internal resources understand, and are focused on, the objectives of your project, removing roadblocks, researching questions, managing conflicting priorities with customers, and coordinating implementation project plansTake a proactive approach in leading our customers through their development lifecycle. We provide project and product knowledge and share best practices for the use of data to enhance consumer experiencesResponsible for a broad scope of responsibilities: establishing connectivity and configuring product systems, conducting pre-implementation workshops, and educating customers on how our data products results are returned in XML or JSONMust be solution-oriented and make the customers or third-party client effort as seamless as possibleMonitor results against expected outcomes and proactively communicate to leadership or senior team members on any significant fluctuations in dataEffectively facilitate customer training and workshops to an audience of technical and business contacts of varying levels (including C-suite)Understand the insurance industry, products, systems, and processesGather technical and user requirements, propose alternative solutions, communicate progress and results, set expectations, and resolve issuesMust have the ability to instill confidence, influence others, and represent LexisNexis at customers meetings, industry conferences, events, and throughout the organizationSome travel will be required based on business needRequirementsBachelor degree in business, technology, or related fieldInsurance industry or technical implementation experience is a plusMin 5-8 years of customer management, implementation management, or comparable positionKnowledge of XML, SOAP, Web Services, SFTP, JSON or other systems or technologiesMust be curious, proactive, and accountableProven leadership of product and/or process improvement initiativesAbility to interpret technical specifications and communicate concepts to a variety of end usersDemonstrated customer or account management skillsExperience creating customer presentationsWe know that your wellbeing and happiness are key to a long and successful career.
