You'll establish and own key data frameworks that enable business insights across our NA Seller marketplace, driving standardization and reliability in how we deliver critical analytics to our stakeholder community. You'll be at the forefront of building data solutions that directly impact the success of our global seller community and business stakeholders.In the role, you will work closely with scientists, product managers and BIEs to build out infrastructure, data pipelines, and reporting mechanisms for our team.Key job responsibilities
Our Data Engineer duties & responsibilities will include:
- Design, build and maintain data & analytics infrastructure for NASBP, including review of tech stack and data landscape
- Drive adoption of data best practices across multiple teams
- Manage AWS resources (EC2, EMR, S3, Glue, Redshift)
- Design and build ETL pipelines, own OE initiatives, cluster migrations and dashboard development
- Define and maintain data governance protocols that balance speed with quality
- Explore and implement latest AWS technologies for enhanced capabilities
- Support BIEs in adopting best practices for ETLs, pipelines, testing, and documentation
- Work with stakeholders and business leaders to translate business needs into scalable data solutions
- Create scalable, future-proof solutions for our growing analytics needs
- Experience with big data technologies such as: Hadoop, Hive, Spark, EMR
- Experience in at least one modern scripting or programming language, such as Python, Java, Scala, or NodeJSPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Experience with AWS technologies like Redshift, S3, AWS Glue, EMR, Kinesis, FireHose, Lambda, and IAM roles and permissions

The base pay for this position ranges from $118,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $205,600/year in our highest geographic market.
