
User Experience and Website Specialist

- Conduct remote usability testing, heuristic reviews, surveys, user personas, and journey mapping to gather insights on user behavior and preferences.
- Manage maintenance/outage banners, update coupon codes, and ensure timely and accurate communication to users.
- Lead cross-functional teams to implement journey mapping initiatives that enhance the customer experience.
- Conduct Compliance Audits, Journey Mapping, Reporting, Continuous Improvement, Google Product feeds, etc.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in customer journey analysis, UX research, or a related role, with a proven track record of improving customer experience.
- Proficiency with a variety of data analysis tools and platforms, for example, UserTesting, UserZoom, Microsoft Clarity.
- Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and UX principles.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to distill complex data into clear and actionable insights.
- Daily problem-solving regarding customer experience issues with the ability to identify issues and design testing plans to understand and correct experience with a goal of optimizing the websites for different customer journeys and needs.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS to understand site limitations and possible A/B test coding.
