They lead and train crews while maintaining high standards of safety, communication, and efficiency.What You'll Do
  • Supervise and coordinate flagging crews on job sites
  • Conduct site safety audits and enforce compliance with all traffic control guidelines
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate flaggers and foremen
  • Schedule and assign crews based on project needs
  • Maintain clear communication with project managers and clients
  • Manage inventory of traffic control equipment
What You'll Bring
  • 5+ years in flagging or traffic control, with at least 2 years of leadership experience
  • Knowledge of MUTCD standards and traffic control plans
  • Ability to read and interpret project plans and permits
  • Effective leadership and crew management skills
  • Valid driver’s license and flagger certification
  • Willingness to travel and work varied schedules
