Manage projects in the Light Industrial, Multifamily dorms, Warehouse, Tenant Finish, Industrial, Commercial offices

7-10+ years of PM experience
Multiple years of experience with a General Contractor
Strong technical aptitude within the corresponding industries
Ground up project experience
Construction related degree is strongly preferred
Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
