Looking to jump start your General Contracting career? My client, one of the most well known and respected Milwaukee GCs is actively seeking a skilled project engineer to join their team. This position offers the opportunity to work on large scale industrial and healthcare projects while growing to your choice of a PM, Super, or Estimator.   • Analyze construction methods, including crane operations, formwork design, and site modifications
  • Create sketches and drawings to illustrate field conditions, clarify details, or propose alternatives
  • Ensure installation quality meets specifications and drawings
  • Manage RFI process, from field generation to implementation of answers
  • Actively participate in various project meetings and planning sessions
  • Organize and lead pre-installation meetings with subcontractors
  • Maintain delivery schedules and inspect incoming shipments as needed
  • Manage project closeout, including punchlist creation and completion tracking

  • Degree in an Engineering field or Construction Management
  • 1-5 years of professional experience
  • An interest in or passion for construction

  • Base salary of $70K-$85k
