As a Sales Manager at StretchLab Middleton, you will work closely with the Area Manager to drive new membership sales. Your primary responsibilities include lead management, booking introductory stretches for prospective members, closing membership sales, and supporting the retention of current members. While a fitness background is preferred, it is not required.Requirements:
Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills
Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets
Familiarity with Club Ready software system (training provided)
Ability to manage your time effectively and prioritize a variety of daily tasks
Proficiency in English with strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Proficient computer skills and ability to learn systems quicklyResponsibilities:
Work closely with the Area Manager to generate leads, follow up, and close sales.
Schedule and confirm introductory stretch classes for prospective members.
Manage front desk duties, including greeting and checking in clients, knowing members by name and expressing a positive and empowering work environment.
Maintain personal sales targets and productivity.
Promote the club's fitness and wellness objectives to members and prospects.
Participate in promotional events to drive club awareness and engagement.
Lead social media engagement.
Ensure studio cleanliness and organization.
Perform other duties as assigned.Benefits:
