A valid driver's license, current personal car insurance, and access to a reliable personal car
A smartphone with internet access and the ability to send and receive texts and emails
Ability to walk, stand, bend, kneel, stoop, use rolling staircase ladders, push, pull, and lift materials weighing up to 50 pounds
2+ years working as a Representative or Merchandiser
Hands-on experience with all aspects of merchandising and resets
Ability to teach, train, and provide support for new hires
Experience using web-based reporting systems to submit reports and photos while in stores
Ability to communicate effectively with merchandisers, clients, and customers to achieve and exceed goals set by the client
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
