Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage key supply constraints that affect International’s truck and Bus production goals by leading coordination. efforts with the Command Center on production and/ or customer impacts.
- Ensure that supply risks are communicated effectively to senior management.
- Participate and support in meetings where known supply risks have been identified. Track and manage projects. Update supply risk workbooks.
- Support OTD’s goal of a firm 90-day production stability objective.
- Partner with engineering and purchasing on finding suitable replacement options/solutions to mitigate supply risks.
- Work with CRC (Customer Response Center) to provide truck/bus builds at risk to offer alternative solutions.
- Communicate and work with the Sales to provide guidance and advance notification of supply issues.
- Identify areas of opportunity for process improvement initiatives. Develop best practices.
- Improve usage of analytic tools, (Power BI Dashboard enhancements) to support International’s production plans of S13
- Engine and E-Vehicle launches
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 6 years of materials management or supply chain experience
- At least 3 years of leadership experience
- Master’s degree
- At least 5 years of materials management or supply chain experience
- At least 3 years of leadership experience
- At least 10 years of materials management or supply chain experience
- At least 3 years of leadership experience

- Able to work independently

- Strong in Excel and able to work with complex spreadsheets
